The Pine Rivers Swans Australian Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for a Seniors Coach and Reserves Coach for the 2020 Season.
After a tough year results wise, the moral in the club is still high with a large pool of players committed to the 2020 season. We are looking to appoint a Senior Coach that can help us recruit additional players to give our senior side the polish it needs to compete to a high standard in Div 2 North.
We are also looking to appoint a Reserves Coach to work in conjunction with the Senior Coach.
We pride ourselves on being a family-based club and one of the few clubs where the committee is predominately made up of players. We are seeking high quality individuals to join our Coaching group, who bring a passion for the game and who want to be part of a great club culture.
The applicant should be able implement a game plan effectively, communicate effectively and have great interpersonal skills to work alongside everyone at the club.
– Minimum AFL Level 2 accreditation (Level 1 Reserves Coach)
– High level knowledge and experience as a Senior Coach
– Good communication skills
We would like to appoint the Coach in October to have them involved in the 4-6 week preseason before Christmas.
