As female football continues to evolve, the Redcliffe Tigers are committed to being leaders in the female space, developing and growing programs that allow our female players to develop and shine.
The head coach will be responsible for working with the committee, foundation players and other interested parties in building a female program with a strong and sustainable foundations that provides a robust pathway for our female players from junior through to youth and seniors.
All applicants are welcome, with varied playing and coaching experience, however the Head Coach should hold or be working to a Level 2 coaching accreditation. Applicants will need to hold a current blue card or an ability to obtain one.
Celebrating 50 years in the 2024 season, the Redcliffe Tigers has been built on community club values of inclusivity, family-orientated and friendship through footy.
The position will commence as soon as possible, starting with a focus on planning for pre-season, player retention, recruitment and building a coaching body.
We are seeking a coach who will be able to work in a collaborative manner with the Senior Men’s and youth coaches, to build a whole club culture.
