The 2017 Queensland School Sport 10-12 Years Girls Australian Football Invitational will take place tomorrow, Saturday October 14, at the Maroochydore Multi-Sport Complex.
Tribal Sport is the major partner of the event, which sees 135 students from nine teams compete across three pools, with the highest ranking two teams playing off in the Grand Final at 2:15pm.
It’s the first time six regions or more will be represented at the event, which will become the Queensland School Sport 10-12 Years Girls State Championships in 2019.
Six students from Gordonvale State School will be compete in the Presidents team as part of the AFL Queensland Schools Cup (AFLQSCup) talent pathway.
