Mt Gravatt AFC Senior Mens Coach

There is an expectation the coach will participate in activities which continue to develop our ONE CLUB culture across all teams and programs. Importantly, the men’s senior coach will be responsible for driving a respectful, welcoming and inclusive club culture which reflects the club mission to create a quality community club renowned for inclusion and optimised members services.

In addition, we are seeking a coach who has:
1. Proven experience in leading high performance in a senior AFL squad environment including responsibility for the game day performance of a senior team and the overall planning and review of the football program.
2. The desire and drive to improve existing player performance, enhance pathways for our talented youth and assist in the recruitment of quality players and Assistant Coaches for performance at State League level
3. Evidence of having leadership and interpersonal skills which will enhance the performance of players, assistant coaches, medical professionals and volunteer support.

With a view to assisting in list management and planning for the 2024 season, the successful applicant would begin in the role at their earliest availability.
