Responsibilities include:
- To liaise with external parties to ensure the club is current with program activities
- Ensure that all Coaches, Team Managers and Parents are abiding by the clubs and AFLQ code of conduct
- Be the contact point for the clubs committee
- Attend club committee meetings
- Inform all parents of any changes that may occur including training and game days
