Initial Brisbane Flames squad named

A squad of 32 has been selected to progress to the final cut for the Under 17 Brisbane Flames Team to head to the Under 17 Youth Girls State Championships in Cairns from 26-28 October 2012.

With over 50 girls attending the trials, it was one of the strongest turn outs for the trials in years reflecting the great work AFL Brisbane Juniors & AFL Qld are doing in club and school football respectively.

The girls will have their final trial on Wednesday 26 September 2012 at Yeronga AFC where the squad will be cut down to the travelling 24 players.
