All junior clubs and leagues across Queensland are encouraged to take the online Bupa Family Challenge.
The Bupa Family Challenge is part of the BUPA Healthy Community AFL Program which provides equipment, strategies and skills for AFL clubs and families to lead and participate in healthy lifestyles
The BUPA Family Challenge program poses questions such as: When was the last time your family had a meal together without TV or Mobile phones? Walked together or tried a new fruit or vegetable?
Sign-up today, enter the code ‘AFLQ’ to be eligible to win two tickets to the 2012 Toyota AFL Grand Final. The competition closes on the 31st August 2012.
Jenny from the Gold Coast registered her family in the program and is already seeing results.
