AFL Queensland today announced a new major partnership between Tribal Sport and AFL Queensland School Programs.
Tribal Sport will be the official sponsor of the AFL Queensland Schools Cup, AFL Queensland Schools of Excellence Program, AFL Queensland One Night in August competition and the AFL Queensland Moreton Bay classic. They will also be the exclusive suppliers to the AFL Queensland School Ambassador Jersey Subsidy Scheme.
AFL Queensland CEO Dean Warren said he was thrilled to increase the level of partnership with Tribal Sport.
“Tribal Sport shares our passion for growing participation across school, female and club programs,” Warren said.
“We have worked with David Lake and the Tribal team for three years and are confident that their support, quality products and exceptional customer service will only further add to the professionalism of our programs.”
Tribal Sport National Sales Manager David Lake said he was excited to build on the company’s existing relationships as an AFL Queensland preferred supplier.
“We thought it was a logical next step to expand our community side of footy; supporting the kids that are coming through, supporting school football, and being a part of a fantastic environment where kids play our game and stay in our game,” Lake said.
“We sat back over the last year and watched the work that AFL Queensland had done to create something that schools want to be involved in; we want to be a part of that.
