The Surfers Paradise Demons AFC are seeking to appoint a Reserves and a Colts head coach for 2024. The reserves head coach will need a minimum level 1 coaching accreditation. The main responsibility will be upholding the club’s strong core values and culture, with the aim of having the reserves ready to play senior football when called upon. The ideal candidate for the Colts coach will be passionate about developing young men into being the best possible young man and footballer, with the view of getting their players pushing for senior selection. The right candidates will enjoy working in a team environment and fit in with the football program led by current QAFL coach of the year Matt Lappin. Applications close Friday 6th October 2023.
