The Redland-Victoria Point Football Club ‘RVPFC’ is seeking expressions of interest for QAFL Colts Head Coach for the 2024 season.
The football club has a long and proud history in the QLD state league competitions and saw significant growth in our Colts space in 2023. We look to continue that trend over the coming years.
The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment with a development based mindset to nurture our future Senior players. This also includes helping to foster strong pathways from our Victoria Point Sharks Junior Football Club.
The successful applicant will also need to demonstrate that they embrace our club’s philosophies and values with a one club mindset.
Desirable (but can be attained on the job):
- Minimum level 1 coaching accreditation
- Working with Children Check (blue card)
- Previous coaching experience
- Understanding of Lions Academy, School football and Senior football programs
