Maroochydore Roos Coach Colts

Maroochydore AFC has a long and successful history, boasting 6 teams from the QAFL Colts, Reserves and Seniors, QAFLW Seniors and Reserves and a men’s team in Div 3 QFA North.

This year our Colts won the QAFL premiership, our Div 3 the QFA premiership and our QAFL Reserves made the first final.

The Senior Club enjoys a great relationship with the Maroochydore Junior Club (which runs separately) and has a plethora of young talent coming through the ranks. We have shown a clear pathway to the AFL and AFLW with multiple draftees in recent years.

Our QAFL football program has in place committed and experienced football department personnel and are in need of a Colts coach to complete our leadership team for the 2024 season.

Applicants will be required to possess:
· AFL Level 2 Coach Accreditation or seeking to partake.
· An ability to work within a team environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Appreciation of developing fundamentals of training and game sense methods
· Embracing the clubs coaching philosophy, values, vision, and behavior’s.
· An understanding of the Brisbane Lions Academy and Schools Football Program
· Strong organisational skills
