The Qld Under 18 Youth Girls team has been named after an intensive Kooga U17 Youth Girls State Championships on the weekend in Cairns.
Six teams competed from around the state showcasing over 140 of the best girls in the State.
The team selected will attend the Under 18 Youth Girls National Championships to be held in Victoria from 6-11 May 2013.
The team finished a creditable second at the National Championships in 2012 and will be looking at going one better with eleven girls being reselected for the 2013 Carnival.
