Maroochydore Roos Women’s program compete in the QAFLW competition. The positions advertised are for our Senior program. Maroochydore has a strong culture of inclusiveness & support for all of its members, it is envisaged that applicants would uphold these values.
QAFLW Head Coach duties would include: (Coach would need to hold/be working to Level 2 accreditation)
– Preparation of training plans for program
– Game Day Coaching duties
– Work closely with other coaching staff to foster development & growth in our coaching/support staff.
– Work with key stakeholders (Football Dept & High-Performance Manager) to develop a program that supports the club’s vision in both its short & long-term planning.
QAFLW Development/Assistant Coaches & Development coaches will work in a framework under the Head Coach to ensure alignment & continuity through the program.
