Jimboomba Redbacks Head and Assistant Coaching Roles 2024

The Redbacks have built a strong community connection and our club values of inclusivity, family orientated and friendship through Australian Rules.

Our club caters for players aged between 5 to Seniors and masters over 35’s.

The Men’s senior team compete in the QFA Division 3 South competition on a Friday. This has potential to change as we are seeking to play Saturday football in Division 2 next year. Our senior women’s team play on a Saturday afternoon in Division 2 with a potential change to Division 3 next year.

Our Auskick and superstars train/play on Wednesday evenings with potential for games on a Saturday morning to align with other local clubs.

Our Junior teams u8 to u11s play on a Saturday with our youth teams u13 to u17s playing on a Sunday. With potential for a few Friday night games along the way.

How to Apply:
The Redbacks are seeking coaches who will be able to work in a collaborative manner collectively as to build a whole club culture.
Coaches seeking appointments should hold a minimum of a Foundation Coaching accreditation or can obtain this by registering and completing the free online course on coach AFL. BECOME A COACH | Coach.afl | Play AFL

Head coaches of our senior program ideally hold a Foundation Coaching accreditation and are looking to obtain a Level 2 accreditation for 2024.

Applicants will also need to hold a current working with children Blue Card or have an ability to obtain one prior to starting in the position.
