We are inviting all expressions of interest for the head coaching role for our U15 Girls in 2023. This is a great opportunity to get involved in our women’s program at the Aspley Hornets.
At the Aspley Hornets, our coaching philosophy is to continually develop all players’ skills, knowledge, and attitudes. We acknowledge that all players are unique, have particular strengths and weaknesses, and create a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
A successful candidate will have knowledge of and will follow the AFLQ and Aspley Hornets code of conduct, have previous coaching experience at a Junior level, and completed a level 1 coaching course.
A requirement of a youth coach is to have a blue card and current coaching accreditation. All can be attained after the appointment.
