Are you the Ultimate QClash Fan?

The Brisbane Lions and Gold Coast SUNS will go head-to-head at the Gabba this Saturday night and both teams are looking to settle the score before the opening bounce.

Round four of the AFL Premiership season will see the Brisbane Lions take on the Gold Coast SUNS for QClash 3.

The two teams are locked at one victory apiece after their clashes in round 7 and round 21 during 2011.

The SUNS came away victorious in QClash 1, defeating the Lions by 8 points while the Lions were able to get revenge in QClash 2, beating the SUNS by 62 points.

At a joint press conference this morning coaches Guy McKenna and Michael Voss both indicated that with pride on the line, a mental edge would make all the difference come Saturday night.

Both the Lions and the SUNS are looking to settle the deadlock before the game even starts on Saturday by pitting their fans against each other.

Each club is on the hunt for fans to represent their team in an on-field contest before the main game, with the winner to be crowned the “Ultimate QClash Fan”.

Team mascots Bernie “Gabba” Vegas and Sunny Ray have been busy infiltrating enemy territory for bragging rights in the lead up to QClash 3.

A video posted to both clubs Facebook pages follows the mascots’ stealthy missions to claim iconic Brisbane and Gold Coast landmarks.

One fan from each club can win the opportunity to represent their club along with three of their friends in an on-field challenge against the opposing club.

From there, the winner (and their friends) will be able to watch QClash 3 in style from the fully-catered Lions Lounge as well as receiving a merchandise pack from their respective clubs.

Fans can enter the competition by clicking the QClash 3 application on either of the clubs Facebook pages, watching the mascot video and answering a simple question.

Tickets for QClash 3 are available now from Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com.au and can also be purchased from Gate 2 at the Gabba before the game on Saturday.
