Aden Rutledge won the 2014 Norm Reidy Medal, as Sandgate’s best and fairest.
The 19 year-old was a standout for the Hawks through a turbulent season, playing in a variety of roles.
Rutledge proved the most consistent of the side, shouldering ruck and forward duties, among the team’s best each week.
The Aspley-aligned rookie kicked nine goals for the season for the Hawks, and showed plenty of promise despite a lean year for Sandgate.
Trent Fuller finished second to Rutledge in the count, with the 29 year-old also playing every game of the 2014 season.
In his fifth season at the Hawks, Fuller showed valuable consistency for the side, adding key experience to Lemke Rd.
Hawks veteran, Scott Hines, was the best and fairest of the reserves sides, with Josh Butters winning the Colts award.
