Collingwood Park JAFC is opening its gates to two other codes this weekend, to give kids a taste of different types of football.
The Three Code day, featuring AFL, rugby league and football, held in conjunction with the Westminster Warriors and the Redbank Plains Bears, will give kids a chance to try all three and find out what they fancy.
Bernie ‘Gabba’ Vegas will be there to help kids hone their AFL skills, while the young athletes will be able to play on a full field inflatable.
If all the activity makes them hungry, there will also be a free sausage sizzle available, while kids could pick up some prizes as well.
The day goes from 11am – 1pm, Saturday March 1 at Redbank Plains Recreation Reserve, Moreton Ave, Redbank Plains and it is FREE for everyone.
