Cadbury AFL 9s and the Brisbane Lions are giving fans the chance to take on the Brisbane Lions AFL 9s team featuring coaches Gary O’Donnell, Adrian Fletcher, Murray Davis, Alex Clarke and Shane Woewodin.
The clash will be a highlight of the Brisbane Lions Family Fun day at Leyshon Park, Yeronga on Sunday February 9.
We are looking for 12 players to take to the field against the coaches, who boast over 600 AFL matches between them.
Haven’t played AFL before? No worries. AFL 9s is perfect for people new to AFL, with rules modified to make the game fast, fun and exciting to play for both men and women.
The game will kick off at 4:00pm and runs for two 20 minute halves. All you need to bring is yourself and some gear to run in. And you must be 16-years or older.
