Wilston Grange youngster Connor McFadyen has been named the QAFL round six Rising Star after a strong performance against Palm Beach.
The 16 year old provided options up forward and looked strong overhead, resulting in him netting three goals for the Gorillas.
Palm Beach Currumbin was too strong on the day, ending up winning the game by 68 points.
McFadyen is a Kedron product and made his senior debut for the Gorillas in 2016.
