Broadbeach’s Andrew Boston will go down in the NAB AFL Draft Combine history books after kicking the first perfect score in the newly introduced goal kicking test.
Boston, along with fellow Queensland prospects Aliir Aliir (Aspley AFC), Jordon Bourke (Morningside AFC), and Brian Coleman-Broome (Morningside AFC) underwent goal-kicking, quick hands and beep testing on day 3 of the Combine at Etihad stadium yesterday. Clay Cameron (Mt Gravatt AFC) did not test due to injury.
The Combine is the ultimate test for young footballers aspiring to be picked in November’s 2012 NAB AFL Draft, on Thursday November 22 on the Gold Coast.
