- Excellent communication skills
- Strong desire to help teach and guide our youthful team
- Professional attitude to help guide the club on and off the field to higher achievements
- Work closely with the senior coaching panel to improve the on field success
- Respect the Gympie Cats vision, club values and all members past and present
