Four Queenslanders have been rewarded for a solid Under 18 Youth Girls National Championships with selection in the 2011 All-Stars team.

Megan Hunt (BITS), Emily Bates and Caitlyn Collins (Yeronga) and Tayla Harris (Aspley) were chosen in the 22 players on the aggregate votes from umpires and coaches.

This came on the back of a fine showing by the Queenslanders, who beat South Australia by four points in a thrilling play-off for third place in the carnival held on the Gold Coast.

Hunt, Bates and Harris (pictured) all polled in the top 10 in the All-Stars team so they will get the opportunity to attend the  2012 All-Australian High Performance Camp with the 30 best players from the Women’s Nationals held earlier this year.
