With pre-season training back underway under the guidance of new senior coach Col Welch, the Coolangatta Tweed Heads Football club is still seeking the services of a reserve grade coach, and an Under 18 coach.
Competing in the SEQAFL Division 1 competition, the Blues are looking to turn around a difficult period after being highly successful during the early 2000’s.
With a host of new recruits and some returning local talent, things are looking up for the Blues and 2013 promises to be an exciting season.
Along with the highly experienced Welch, a new look committee is working feverishly behind the scenes to ensure the Blues have all the resources available to be competitive and gain back the respect of the competition.
