The Carrara Football Club are seeking applications for Senior Coach for the 2025 season.
The football club competes in the QFA Division 2 Competition, which is a Gold Coast based league. The senior side have tasted finals success over the past three seasons and are primed to take the next step.
The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment with a development-based mindset to nurture our future Senior players.
Successful Candidates will need to demonstrate:
⁃ Embrace the club’s philosophies and values with a one club mindset
⁃ The desire for personal and team success, with a focus on player retention
⁃ Strong mentoring, communication and leadership skills
⁃ Strong knowledge of the game, development of game plans and training techniques
⁃ High level of team, time and organisation management
Desirable (but can be attained on the job):
* Minimum level 1 coaching accreditation
* Working with Children Check (blue card)
* Previous coaching experience
