AFL Queensland is saddened after learning of the tragic passing of Brisbane Lions Academy and Sherwood JAFC player, Isaac Olver.
Isaac was part of Sherwood’s Under 17 team in 2023 and prior to that, also played for Ipswich Cats and Wests Juniors AFC. He excelled as part of the Lions Academy program.
AFL Queensland extends our sincere condolences to Isaac’s family, friends, teammates, coaches, volunteers, staff and all those who knew and loved him from across his football journey and other parts of his life.
AFL Queensland, along with Sherwood JAFC and the Brisbane Lions, is ensuring support is being offered and provided to the football community.
