Now that week 2 of the Alpha Sport Pre-Season Community Cup competition is out of the way, attention turns to the deciding matches that will determine who will be crowned kings of the pre-season.
First on the agenda for many will be the pool A clash between Springwood and Maroochydore.
Both teams have put in strong performances throughout the series and are coming off convincing wins; Springwood downing Bond Univerisity by 52 points and Maroochydore getting the better of University of Queensland by 37 points.
Also at Leyshon Park, Robina will take on Moreton Bay in pool B and Pine Rivers will go head-to-head with Coomera in pool C.
As round one draws closer and with teams having a couple of games under their belt now, the stage is set for some really exciting football.
