Does your school need a set of AFL jumpers, goal posts or post padding? We can help!
AFL Queensland and Coles AFL Schools are offering subsidies for schools in need of new AFL equipment.
Starting Thursday 1st November, our annual subsidy programs open for schools to apply for financial assistance when purchasing AFL jumpers, AFL goal posts, or AFL goal post padding.
Schools will need to satisfy certain criteria to be considered, please read below for each subsidy details:
We have a limited number of subsidies for schools state wide in need of a set of AFL jumpers for their school.
Applications are open from 1st November and close Friday 30th November at 3:00pm sharp.
To be eligible:
– Schools must participate in a competition of at least six weeks in duration
– Schools must NOT have received assistance from the fund in the last five years.

GOAL POSTS & PADDING
Goal posts provide a visible presence of Australian Football at school level and assists with the growth of the game in the wider community. We have eight (8) subsidies available state wide in 2013 to assist schools purchase permanent goal posts for their school oval, and five (5) grants of $1000 to assist purchase high quality protective goal post padding.
In order to receive the $1000 grant, schools will need to meet the following criteria:
– School has an AFL School Ambassador
– School competes in an AFL Queensland sanctioned competition
– School makes oval available for games involving their school
