Here at the AFL, we’re continuously looking for driven and energetic people to join our casual workforce across the state.
Our Program Facilitators play an integral part of reaching our goal here at the AFL, which is to enhance and grow the game across all states and all levels – from grassroots to elite.
As one team, we put on the game, build participation, deliver important events, communicate with our fans, run community programs, develop coaches and umpires, and collaborate with partners, delight members, support clubs and so much more. Our roles may vary but we are all united by our common goal, to leave the game in an even more extraordinary place.
As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for engaging with kids to deliver exciting participation programs which will lead to increasing engagement at a fan and participant level.
This is the perfect opportunity for people who enjoy working with young people, university students (or similar), international students and/or people looking to get back into the workforce. You will get paid work experience and on the job learning as part of a fun, highly energetic, dynamic and professional team.
