University of Queensland Red Lions AFC – Men’s program, Coaching Roles in Season 2022.

The UQ Red Lion AFC is a proud and successful club that was established in 1956. Our modern club facilities and our perfectly manicured oval is located within the University of QLD campuses in St Lucia, Brisbane. We operate both senior Men’s and Women’s programmes. Our men’s teams compete in the QFA DIV 1 Harts sports competition (Seniors/Reserves) and our thirds team in the QFA Div.4 competition.

Our club is committed to ensuring that all football programs are leading the way in the development of our players, through quality coaching, an open and honest environment and a culture that embraces and welcomes players of all levels. We also provide a clear pathway for our young players, as they continue their development as footballers and people.

Our club is currently seeking “expressions of interest” in coaching roles for season 2022, so that we can ensure we have the very best coaching talent available for the upcoming season.
All applicants will require a strong background in player development and demonstrate some experience with mentoring athletes. These roles are as follows:

• Assistant/Line Coaches (QFA Div 1)
• Reserve Grade Coach (QFA Div 1)
