The Southport Sharks are on the hunt for a VFL Development Coach. The men’s team finished second in their first year in the VFL in 2021, before the season was cancelled due to covid. Going into 2022, the club is looking to bolster their coaching ranks with the introduction of a VFL Development Coach. The VFL Development Coach will be responsible for overseeing the development program at the club and help players transition from QAFL to VFL. If you love coaching and are passionate about player development, then you should consider applying to either be the VFL Development Coach.
