Morningside AFC – Vacant Coaching Positions for “Expressions Of Interest“

Morningside Australian Football Club (Affiliated with QAFL ) is currently looking for “Expressions of Interest” in Coaching Roles in all our Senior Competitions for 2022 . Roles exist across Various Levels in both our Male and Female teams.

Morningside AFC Senior Division is recruiting for the 2022 Season . The Club is a highly regarded organisation with a rich history of strong on field performances and a well established club culture. We have 6 Male and Female Senior Teams currently participating in the QAFL and associated Divisions . Across these teams we have a number of opportunities for individuals to join our Coaching Panel to pursue future success across the Club in our activities both on and off the playing fields.
We welcome “Expressions of Interest “ from those who believe they have the passion , commitment and skills to support our goals to operate at the highest levels of Australian Rules Football in Queensland and be an integral part of our Club with its important position in our Community. MAFC values highly the commitment required for these roles , we are able to have flexible arrangements to ensure we attract suitable applicants.
Positions Available :
· QAFL Senior Men – Assistant/Line Coaches.
· QAFL Reserves Men – Coach and Assistant/Line Coaches.
· QFA Division # 3 Men – Coach and Assistant/ LineCoaches
· QFAW Division # 2 Womens – Coach and Assistant/Line Coaches

The successful candidates will need to exhibit :
· Demonstrated mentoring , communication and leadership skills .
· Strong knowledge and experience in the game ( or transferrable skills )
· High level of team , time and organisational management.
· Implementation of successful individual and group development .
· Compliance with MAFC Football and Community Engagement Policies.
· AFL Coaching Accreditation to suitable level ( or plans to undertake same ).
