Kedron Football Club- Division 4 Coach

Kedron Lions are entering a team in the Div 4 Friday night competition and as a result are seeking expressions of interest for a Division 4 Coach for the 2022 season

We pride ourselves on being a family-based community club who willingly promotes activity and inclusion for all skill and experience levels.
The main objective will be to continue to develop players of all levels and the team. Our club views communication as the key driver in this process. As such the preferred candidate would display the following skills:

– Ability to teach players of all level’s individual skills
– Ability to promote a fun atmosphere where culture and inclusion takes priority over winning
– Promote and be a willing participate in all club activities and encourage the players to do so
– Enthusiasm to interact with other coaches involved in the program
– Ability to promote an inclusive environment for all players and people associated with the club
– Adhere to the club mantra of Family, Work, Footy
– Adhere to and promote Clubs Code of Conduct
