With ten spots available on both the Brisbane Lions and Fremantle AFLW lists, there’s much more than state pride on the line in this clash.

The West Australians took the honours last year, winning 8.6 (54) to 7.7 (49)

This is the second in a two-part series, with the teams set to meet at 6:00pm Friday night at Leyshon Park, Yeronga in Game one.

The team will be coached by Daniel Merrett on Friday night and Brent Staker on Sunday. Assistant coaches will be David Lake and Marcus McDonald-Camden.
GAME 1
1:30PM: QAFL v WAAFL

The best of the Queensland Australian Football League (QAFL) meet the Western Australian Amateur Football League (WAAFL) for the second time.

The WAAFL claimed state honours by 9-points last year, in a hard fought affair.

Former Carlton Senior Coach, Wayne Brittain, will lead the team and has been instrumental in helping assemble a squad to suit the style of game he wants to play.
